"A $200.00 refundable rental deposit made by Mastercard, Visa, or American Express is required upon receipt and confirmation of your on-line reservation. Final balance will be charged to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. After Final Ballance is charged, we will refund payment if you need to cancel or shorten your stay ONLY on days that we are able to resell.
Room phones are blocked for long distance. In the unlikely event that a booked unit becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a similar or upgraded unit. Check-in time is 2:00 pm, Check out time is 10:00 a.m. You may request a later check-out time the day before departure and we will try to accommodate you."
